Hank began working with the St. George Water and Power Department in 1983 as a Water Maintenance Worker and Meter Reader. In 1988 Hank was assigned to work at the Quail Creek Water Treatment Plant during its construction. In 1989 he became one of the water treatment plant operators. Then he moved up to Plant Superintendent and then to Operations Manager for Washington County Water Conservancy District. Hank currently serves as the Chair of the Utility Quality Management Committee and is a past Fuller Award winner.
