Cort has worked in the water industry for 34 years, 6 years in consulting and the past 28 years with CUWCD. His education includes a BS in Civil Engineering from BYU and a MS in Water Resources and Hydrology from USU. He has managed the design and construction of numerous large diameter pipeline projects, drinking water storage reservoirs, water treatment plants and chlorination facilities for the CUWCD. Cort and his wife, Penny, are the proud parents of five children.
